Owner and Broker of Caravella Coastal Properties, The Real Estate Brokerage Company, LLC., and licensed Real Estate Instructor, Marylouise, her husband, Mike, and their youngest son reside full time on Galveston Island’s West End. As a proud mother of five, she enjoys spending time with her son on the Island, her two adult daughters and their families in Houston and two adult sons and their families in the Lake Livingston area. Marylouise is an active Islander and enjoys giving back to the place she loves. She has served the real estate needs of Galveston for over a decade. Prior to becoming an independent office owner/Broker, Marylouise was a previous Prudential Gary Greene franchise office owner. She built two successful offices in Humble/Kingwood and the Lake Livingston Area before moving to Galveston. She continues to be an outstanding member of the Houston Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and the Texas Realtors priding herself if utilizing the latest technological and multi-media marking tools the industry has to offer to provide the best possible service to her clients. Her broad client base over her career has created timeless relationships that bring so much to her Real Estate Table.
